April 2010

Aislin didn't know what to make of dyeing eggs.

She soon figured out what we were doing and had a good time.

I'm pretty sure this is one of the first times she ate cereal with milk. She was already proficient with the spoon and had no problems, even though she gets milk all over her.

Happy Easter!

Aislin was excited when she saw her basket and decided she would give Jordan and I all the candy. :)

Time to find those Easter Eggs! Jordan just "hid" them among the grassy area in front of our Condo.

She thought it was so much fun.

"Green Egg"

You can see in this photo how close we are to the train crossing.

Aislin was having fun rubbing her hair all over the couch to make it stand up. She was also making some funny faces.

Looking an awful lot like her cousin Trinity.

Having a deep thought I'm sure.

Because we are so close to the train crossing, Aislin loves to watch the trains go by. You would think this is her first time to see a train by the look on her face, but they come by all day long.

Happy Birthday to me! Jordan treated me and some of my friends to a fun night at the Cheesecake Factory. Good food, good friends, what more can a girl ask for?

Two of my most favorite people in the world.

For my birthday Jordan surprised me with a Nikon D5000! My poor little Sony Cybershot is now enjoying some much deserved retirement. Probably all the pictures from now on will be from my new camera.

Here I was experimenting with the natural light and some fun actions from PW.

I love the 70's Action from PW.

Aislin enjoying some pretzels and her bean bag.

This girl LOVES frozen blueberries. She would eat them all day if we let her. I usually give them to her when I know she'll get a bath straight away.
In these photos she is annoyed with me for not showing her the pictures immediately.
The little trooper managed a smile anyway.

But not for long.
Living in beautiful Utah makes for interesting gardening. I had already put my pots out on the balcony when a storm came through and I had to bring them in from the freezing weather.
Well I quickly found out that dirt has a magical magnet that attracts toddlers. I love Aislin's look in this photo. She so knows she's been caught doing something she shouldn't have.

"I sorry, Mama."

How can you resist that sweet face. The girl knows how to pull my heart strings.
