August 30, 2011 Aislin Celebrates.

Since Jordan was off the day after Aislin's birthday, that is when we celebrated. We had promised Aislin for a while that we would take her to Farm Country to ride a pony for her birthday. She was so excited. When we got there, the line was super long, so we had to wait for a long time. Aislin was getting impatient.

.

Oliver slept almost the whole time we were in line for the ponies.

Finally, it was Aislin's turn. I think she smiled the whole time.

Oliver doesn't like being in his car seat when he is awake, so I brought the Bjorn for him. He loves to look around and smile at everyone.

Later that day we had presents and cake for Aislin. Our friends Jann and Mark came over with their little girl Addy.

Aislin loves her new bike. It took some practice and encouragement, but she figured out how to pedal and keep going. We are hoping it will help build strength and flexibility in her hips.

This is the only picture I got of Aislin and her cake. I was too busy taking video I guess. I'm just glad I got one.

Aislin requested a pink cake months before her birthday. She would talk about it all the time. She couldn't wait for her pink birthday cake. You can't get more pink than this.

August 15, 2011 Floyd Family Reunion

We were lucky enough to get together with Jordan's sisters and their families for a little family reunion. We all stayed together in a cabin (generously donated by the Gunther family) up American Fork Canyon.

Sequoia wasted no time breaking in the table with some yummy fruit.

The cabin had two living rooms with the kitchen and dining area off one of them. There was a loft above the kitchen.

This is the second living room.

There is also a loft above the only bedroom. We all shared one bathroom as well.
Good times.

There is a big window separating the two living room. I believe the Gunthers converted the porch into the second living room and that is why.

Aunt Eli and Oliver

Juniper made fairy houses the whole time we were there.

Kirstin is so goofy.

Eli the bee.
My boys

Aunt Miriam has such beautiful hair. So shiny.

Everyone loves Jordan. He's such a good brother.

Kirstin meeting Oliver for the first time.

She had him smiling so big, I thought he would explode.

Jordan remembering what it was like to live with all four of his sisters!.

Tidus is such a sweet boy. Giving Aunt Lorraine a massage

Sequoia giving Tidus a kiss whether he wanted it or not.

Nursing my baby. One of my favorite past times.

Aislin loves Aunt Miriam.

Roen is such a daredevil. He loves to climb on anything. He is such a stinker. Literally, I've never seen a kid need his diaper changed so often.

Miriam gave us all the boys clothes that they had outgrown, so I had fun looking at all the cute things. Tomas was kind enough to hold Oliver for me.

The Floyd second generation......so far.

August 04, 2011 Snuggles.

One of my most favorite things in the whole world is snuggling my babies as they sleep. I love the soft breathing and content sighs. This makes everything alright.

My sweet Nickolas and I. I love this guy. It's so hard living so far away from him.
